Brabham is designed to connect you to the amazing world around. From quick trips to the city, to picnics in the parks, weekends in the Swan Valley, or walking adventures in one of the neighbouring nature reserves – life at Brabham will take you in any direction you choose.
Brabham’s parks will all be designed to be within a 400m walking distance of all residents. One of the main features of our community will be St Leonard’s creek, a stunning natural creek surrounded by retained bushland running through the northern corridor of Brabham.
Our community also borders these two great parks:
Whiteman Park
Whiteman Park offers many family friendly facilities and expansive recreation areas, including a Dog Park, Village Café, Bush Walking Trails, Picnic Shelters & Playgrounds.
Caversham Wildlife Park
Caversham Wildlife Park is a Western Australian family owned and operated tourist highlight. The park is home to about 200 species, and more than 2000 animals, birds and reptiles.
The State Government is delivering a key election commitment to build the Morley-Ellenbrook Line, with the route and indicative station locations now confirmed. Stations will be built at Ellenbrook, Whiteman Park, Malaga, Noranda and Morley with a planned station at Bennett Springs East, to be developed when planning for the area is finalised.

Linking into Bayswater Station gives passengers from Perth’s north-eastern suburbs the choice of travelling to the Airport, Midland, the CBD and beyond. PURCHASER INCENTIVES
The First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) is a one-off payment from the State Government to encourage and assist first home buyers to buy or build their own home. The grant is $10,000, which is a huge help towards a deposit.
If you are a first home owner, you may qualify for the grant if you are purchasing or building a new home. Yes, that includes your very own house and land package or block here in Brabham!
Another State Government initiative is Keystart. These low-deposit home loans are exclusive to WA and are a great way for First Home Buyers to get into their first home and onto the property ladder.
The way it works is by having no LMI (Lender’s Mortgage Insurance), resulting in lower entry costs. So far the lending platform has helped over 100,000 West Aussies into their first homes!
